Iain Frampton was extremely polite, returned calls and replied to emails promptly. His quote was acceptable and he carried out the work on the mutually agreed time and day. He realigned doors, on the conservatory by refixing hinges, which made them lockable. A double glazed unit in one of the conservatory doors which was full of moisture, he replaced. The work was immaculate and Iain left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
